To register your account for faster checkout:
Select “Register” in the top right corner. Once your account has been created, sign in using your email address and password. Registered users can conveniently view previous payments, utility service readings, and detailed usage information for each service, including electric, water, sewer, and gas.
To Manage Your Account:
Add your utility account(s) under the “Billing Accounts” tab. Use the “eWallet” tab to securely save your payment information and/or set up AutoPay for added convenience.
For One-Time Online Payments:
Use the “Utility Quick Pay” option. Accounts can be located by entering the owner’s name, service address, or account ID. For assistance, please contact City Hall at 660-265-4411.
Credit/Debit Card Payments (in person, online, or by phone): 2.95% transaction fee
Accepted cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Star Debit, Pulsa, NYCE
eCheck/Bank Account Payments: $1.95 flat fee per transaction
AutoPay: Now available for added convenience
